Our technicians perform an accurate check of the faults of the various equipment; weft feeders, electronic boards, sensors, control units, weft control heads, etc ..
We have laboratories equipped for the analysis and verification of faults, using control equipment such as oscilloscopes for measuring signals and waveforms, digital multimeters, electronic microscopes with displays to enlarge any critical areas in electronic circuits and components in SMD technology. more miniaturized.

Air soldering stations are available for the repair of electronic boards and control units; hot air jet desoldering stations for removing microprocessors and integrated in SMD technology.
We have all the equipment available for the revision and repair of ROJ - iro branded weaving products.
Complete electromechanical repairs are carried out on the weft feeders: all parts are completely disassembled, checked and worn parts such as ball bearings, sleeves, or damaged and replaced are replaced.
The equipment is reassembled; the electronic boards and the weft sensors (yarn sensors) are tested with bench equipment before being installed on the revised equipment. Subsequently, the equipment is placed in a testing area before being returned.

Even the control boxes and power supply units (Prewinder Power Supply) are repaired, tested and tested before being delivered.
